I wanted to highlight some key reasons why I gave him such a high rating: 1) He was very careful to not scratch any paint or damage my interior; 2) He was meticulous in the way he removed my damaged window, and made sure all the previous glue residue was removed before installing the new window; 3) His attention to detail in making sure everything was installed properly. Shawn exceeded my expectations and I am sure he will exceed yours if you give him the opportunity.
